There’s so much information out there regarding lactation, and I’m here to help bring evidence based prenatal support! I can help build a plan and help you feel more prepared!

  • Review the basics of breastfeeding with you and answer any questions you have

  • Utilize hands-on practice for feeding positions and how to hand express

  • Create a plan for future support and resources if needed

  • Email/Phone Support during your lactation journey

  • One home visit once baby is born

Pregnancy & Birth Doula - $1,400

2026 Availability: I am full through March 2026 and will be taking maternity leave until August 2026!

  • Unlimited Email/Phone Support

  • Always On Call Starting At 37 Weeks

  • 2 Prenatal Visits (with option to add prenatal lactation visit)

  • Pregnancy and Birth Education

  • Birth Preferences Support & Writing

  • Full Birth Support Starting When You Need until up to 2 Hours After Birth

  • 1 Postpartum Visit (with option to add additional)

Postpartum Doula - $40/hour

Once you have your precious baby, I can help you ease into parenthood!

  • Birth Experience Recap

  • Basic Lactation Support

  • Newborn Care (you can get some sleep)

  • Meal Preparation

  • Home Cleaning
