In Reshaping Society’s View
So many birth stores involve fear, I know I heard plenty while pregnant. I believe birth does not have to be fearful. When we have confidence in ourselves, we can create beautiful and positive stories to share with others.
Our Body & Mind are One
No matter how you desire to or end up delivering your baby, I believe our bodies are capable. It doesn’t always mean things go the way we intend, but our body is working with our mind to create something truly powerful.

I am currently a MN State Certified doula through Birthing From Within. I chose this organization to certify with because I feel their beliefs align with how I want to support you best. By encompassing mind, body, and heart, doulas in this organization hope to provide support through love. Birthing From Within emphasizes Trauma Informed Care.

I am currently am a Certified Lactation Consultant through the Healthy Children Project, which is the largest national provider of lactation education. I have completed all 95 hours of training necessary along with the required in person exams.
